Today is Halloween ... usually a happy time for children. Unfortunately, today finds a dark cloud over our family. My daughter-in-law's father, Jim, has been taken to the hospital with an incurable condition. We're not sure if this could be his time of passing or not.

It simply breaks my heart knowing that his small grandchildren will never know the wonderful grandfather who loved them so much. Being only in his early 50's, this was so unexpected in the long-term scheme of things.

I am praying for strength for him and his wife Tony at this difficult time.

New Baby Brother

This is my new baby brother, Grant. He likes to sleep a lot. He is very lucky to have me as his big sis because I have so many neat things to teach him.


Mom & Dad are so lucky to have me to help out teaching Grant stuff.

Today I downloaded the video "Mama's Favorites". Being 100% Italian, I could feel my mouth watering as the movie downloaded.

I was quite impressed at the ease of the whole process. I am glad that this assignment required me to do this. I had never taken the time to do it on my own. I hope our patrons have had a better track record than I did.
